In addition, we safeguard long-term operation readiness and often accompany our systems throughout their entire lifecycle.

Global service
A dense service network all over the world and a 24/7 telephone service helps us to implement our customer-oriented company philosophy. Our employees provide you with expert assistance from installation through to startup, training and service.

Maintenance contracts
Regular maintenance keeps our i.Cool systems in perfect technical condition and guarantees optimum performance. Maintenance contracts are negotiated with customers and tailored to their individual requirements, the system configuration as well as operating conditions. The maintenance contract is offered at a fixed price, and therefore helps to reduce the operating costs of our systems and to make it easier to calculate the costs.

Remote diagnosis
Modern and high-quality control electronics make it possible for our i.Cool systems to be monitored in real time using remote diagnosis. This means not only the associated maintenance measures can be planned correctly but also that functional deviations can be corrected at a very early stage. There is a clear overview of technology and costs. Inexpensive and robust sensors, compact programmable controller modules and new methods for linking to display architectures are available for this.
